Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges & Change of Mind
If you would like to exchange or return an item for reasons other than fault (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, or design choice), return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.A refund or exchange will be processed once the item has been returned in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
