📦 Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping – on all orders over £50

  • Standard Shipping – £3.99 (3–5 business days)

  • Next Day Shipping – £4.99 (1–2 business days, order before 12:00pm)

🚚 Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm for Next Day Shipping will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

📍 Delivery Information

  • Shipping is available across the UK.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • During peak times (e.g. holidays, sales), processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

🔁 Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
